Color, Line and Shape Exhibition of Work by Members of the Contemporary Fiber Artists of Louisiana
November 18 – December 21, 2023
Opening Reception: Saturday, November 18 | 5 pm - 8 pm | Main Gallery
The group exhibition includes a variety of media and techniques (textiles, paper, digital printing, dyeing, natural and man-made fibers and materials) in multiple dimensions. The Contemporary Fiber Artists of Louisiana encourages its members as artists and educates others about contemporary fiber arts. Together, members promote contemporary works, explore creative influences, and develop a network of professional venues.

Spotlight on the HRAC Board offers a unique glimpse into the diverse and captivating world of art as seen through the eyes of our esteemed gallery board members. Our board members, each possessing a distinct artistic sensibility, have contributed not only their expertise but also their personal collections to create a rich tapestry of creativity.

L.A. to LA: A Robby Klein Photography Exhibition

Hailing from the Northshore, La and based in Nashville, TN, Robby Klein is an entertainment and portrait photographer. It was in the south that Robby first found a passion for photography at a young age. Growing up as an artist drawing and painting, it was an easy transition into taking pictures the day he found a camera. With a love for people Robby was quickly drawn into portraiture, add a background in music and gravitating toward entertainers was only natural.
Working all over the country, Robby is known for his personable images of some of today's most celebrated personalities in music and film including Dolly Parton, Billie Eilish, Justin Timberlake, A$AP Rocky, DJ Khaled, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Anthony Hopkins, Donald Glover, Jason Bateman, Natalie Portman, and Julia Roberts to name a few.
